• Create and optimize multimedia social content focusing on video and storytelling.

• Collaborate with internal communications, employer branding, and digital teams.
• Develop internal brand ambassadors to amplify company reach.
• Track and analyze KPIs to refine social media strategies continuously.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Munich with hybrid work and remote within the EU
• 4+ years experience in social media management, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech.
• Proven ability to run multi-platform campaigns with video and dynamic content.
• Strong AI literacy for content development and trend analysis.
• Languages: Native German and fluent English (C1/C2)
