What you will do

• Design the end-to-end path to production experience for data and AI teams, from authoring to Git integration and CI/CD.
• Define how hirify.global Repos integrates with GitHub, GitLab, and Azure DevOps to support core version control workflows.
• Partner with engineers to build AI-assisted code management features like automated code suggestions and merge help.
• Represent the voice of the customer, translating user feedback into improvements for source control and release management.
• Improve developer productivity and reliability by aligning hirify.global Repos with Workflows, Lakeflow, and deployment surfaces.
• Help grow adoption of hirify.global developer tools by collaborating with solutions architects, customer success, and enterprise platform owners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on platform products.
• Experience building developer-facing products (tools, frameworks, SDKs) with tens or hundreds of thousands of users.
• Comfortable being a hands-on builder and using developer-facing products.
• Passion for designing products that simplify the user experience of technically complex products.
