Senior Product Manager (Databricks Repos)

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States

Salary: $148,800–$204,525 USD annual pay range for Zone 2. Total compensation may also include an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define the vision and roadmap for Databricks Repos and the developer path from authoring to production.
• Design source control and release workflows across notebooks, SQL, Python, Lakeflow, jobs, pipelines, and deployments.
• Define integrations with GitHub, GitLab, and Azure DevOps, including branching, pull requests, reviews, conflict resolution, and deployment workflows.
• Partner with engineering teams to develop AI-assisted code management features such as code suggestions, recommended diffs, merge assistance, and deployment validation.
• Translate customer feedback into workflow improvements that simplify source control and release management.
• Work with Workflows, Notebooks, Lakeflow, Data Management, solutions architects, sales, customer success, and enterprise platform owners to improve adoption and productivity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on platform products.
• Experience building developer-facing products such as tools, frameworks, or SDKs used by tens or hundreds of thousands of users.
• Hands-on builder experience and comfort using developer-facing products.
• Strong interest in simplifying the user experience of technically complex products.
• Ability to work from Seattle, Washington, United States.
