What you will do

• Oversee and drive the software beta testing arm of the Field Testing Team.
• Lead multiple projects across different locations and time zones with clear milestones.
• Manage project scope, plans, and documentation for meetings and reporting.
• Handle continuous and ad hoc beta tests, selecting appropriate methodologies.
• Analyze feedback and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive day-to-day activities and meet objectives.

Requirements

• English: B2 level or higher required
• 5+ years of program management experience, preferably with beta test projects.
• Experience managing communication with beta testers and recruitment.
• Strong project management, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Familiarity with Google apps, Jira, Confluence; Centercode experience is a plus.
