What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of GPU infrastructure programs across multiple datacenters.
• Build program plans, timelines, and roadmaps that support company-wide goals.
• Coordinate engineering, operations, vendors, contractors, and logistics teams.
• Track progress, manage risks, resolve blockers, and ensure clear communication.
• Standardize deployment and operational readiness processes across regions.
• Review technical requirements and ensure installations meet hirify.global standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, infrastructure delivery, or technical project management.
• 3+ years working in datacenters, cloud operations, hardware deployment, or similar environments.
• Strong understanding of racks, power, cooling, networking, servers, and GPU hardware.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience running complex, multi-workstream technical programs and proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Notion).

Nice to have

• Experience with GPU clusters or high-density compute.
• High-performance networking (InfiniBand/RoCE).
• NetBox/CMDB tools, BOM creation/review.
• AI/ML infrastructure experience.
