What you will do

• Define and maintain the strategic product roadmap for M365 collaboration tools.
• Translate business requirements into scalable M365 solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Act as the technical lead and solution architect for M365 related projects and configurations.
• Oversee configuration, integration, and development activities, adhering to enterprise standards.
• Lead and mentor development teams, driving agile sprint planning and execution.
• Ensure compliance with CIO architecture, data privacy, security, and development standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of M365 experience at this level, with at least 10 years in similar M365 architecture and/or product ownership roles.
• Deep expertise in M365 collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Viva).
• Proven experience in designing enterprise-scale M365 solutions in a global environment.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery practices, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional team leadership.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint and data loss/classification.

Nice to have

• W365 experience.
• Experience with Purview, IDAM, and Intune.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
• Agile/SAFe certifications (e.g., Scrum Product Owner).
