Salary: $260,000 - $300,000

What you will do

• Define and evolve the end-to-end product UX across hirify.global's platform.
• Prototype AI workflows using tools like Cursor, Framer, and Figma Dev Mode.
• Collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to shape roadmap and product direction.
• Set a high bar for design craft and polish, from interaction to visual detail.
• Lead design for complex, ambiguous product initiatives.
• Mentor other designers through feedback and example.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience designing product experiences across platforms.
• Strong portfolio showing high-quality, shipped work at scale.
• Deep prototyping skills and comfort working in code and design tools.
• Experience designing with AI or working on AI-powered products.
• Track record of mentoring others and elevating team craft.
• Systems-level thinking across UX, UI, and design infrastructure.
