What you will do
- Brainstorm, build, and validate solutions with Product Managers for complex user problems.
- Partner with Engineers to understand technical constraints, hand off designs, and run design QA for enterprise-level features.
- Map complex user workflows and system interactions to create clear, scalable solutions within our CRM product.
- Collaborate with other Designers to provide feedback, share learnings, and maintain a cohesive end-to-end experience.
- Interview enterprise users to validate designs and learn about their specific problems and goals.
- Use and contribute to our design system to ensure consistency and scalability, and integrate quantitative and qualitative data into product decisions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing and shipping complex, enterprise-level SaaS products.
- Expert systems thinker capable of deconstructing complex problems and designing scalable, maintainable, and coherent solutions.
- Expert design instincts and best practice knowledge to translate user problems, business objectives, and technical constraints into excellent product experiences.
- Self-starter that thrives working in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience creating and maintaining components across multiple product surfaces in Figma.
- Experimentation-oriented, able to conduct user interviews, analyze results, form hypotheses, test them with prototypes or product experiments, and iterate.
