What you will do
- Open new B2B accounts across various verticals and international markets (ES, LATAM, IT).
- Generate opportunities via diverse outreach methods like email, LinkedIn, events, and direct calls.
- Present Afinia's value proposition, negotiate terms (CPL, CPA, revenue share), and close deals.
- Co-design the commercial strategy and convey market needs to the operational team.
- Help design and coordinate white-label landings, optimize internal databases, and analyze performance as growth experiments.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, affiliation, lead generation, or digital sales roles.
- Real experience in B2B prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
- Mastery of CPL/CPA/revenue share models.
- High English level (B2/C1) for international meetings and partnerships.
- Possess a hunter profile with a results-oriented and "build > ask" mindset.
