TL;DR
Customer Success Manager (Blockchain): Supporting post-sales for enterprise customers in APAC, deeply understanding their business, and helping them maximize hirify.global's products. Focus on designing and implementing onboarding plans, facilitating product implementation, and gathering feedback for product development.
Location: Remote. Must be based in Singapore, Hong Kong or Japan, and have work authorization for one of these countries.

What you will do
- Understand clients' technical setup and business to best serve them.
- Design and implement comprehensive onboarding plans for new customers.
- Act as a liaison between customers and technical teams for efficient product implementation.
- Keep customers informed of updates, gather feedback, and work with product development.
- Address technical challenges and advocate for customers within the organization.
- Lead quarterly reviews with key stakeholders and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B customer success, account management, or similar in the technology sector, preferably in blockchain or fintech industries.
- Mandarin and English language skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
- An understanding of blockchain technology and its application in different use-cases.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

- Additional language skills.
- Technical / Engineering background.
- Experience in a fast-growing, early-stage company or the Web3 / crypto / blockchain industry.
