What you will do

• Translate AI and ML capabilities into intuitive, trustworthy, and delightful traveler experiences.
• Collaborate with PMs for Query Understanding and Semantic Search to define and deliver the AI Search strategy.
• Define and deliver configurable UX patterns and frameworks for high-quality, differentiated search experiences across multiple brands.
• Partner with UX design and research to validate usability and desirability of search experiences.
• Drive platform scalability and flexibility, enabling brand-level customization.
• Influence product strategy and investment decisions based on business impact, experience quality, and platform leverage.
• Mentor more junior product managers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, with expertise in consumer-facing UX and 2-sided marketplaces.
• Direct experience with AI-driven features and their impact on user expectations.
• Proven track record driving product vision, influencing cross-functional teams, and driving measurable outcomes in ambiguous environments.
• English: B2 required.
• Work authorization for the United States required.
