Location: Must be local to the San Francisco area and work onsite 3 days a week, with expectation to work from a designated Microsoft office at least four days a week if living within 50 miles of the location.

Salary: $137,600–$294,000 per year depending on location within the U.S.

What you will do

• Develop product strategy and vision for Copilot consumer AI products across multiple platforms.
• Create zero to one products transforming cutting-edge AI and LLM capabilities into applications.
• Own product areas, define requirements, and manage end-to-end product development and launches.
• Set goals, design experiments, and measure success through data analysis and research.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives with effective stakeholder communication and storytelling.
• Navigate roadblocks to deliver fast, iterative user-facing releases.

Requirements

• Must be local to the San Francisco area and able to work onsite as specified.
• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of product management experience or equivalent.
• Proven track record building 0 to 1 consumer products leveraging Machine Learning or LLMs.
• Experience leading product teams and managing multiple high-stakes projects across time zones.
• Strong collaboration with AI researchers and engineers.
• English proficiency at least B2 (job posting in English).

Nice to have

• Startup founder experience.
• Experience prompting, evaluating, and deploying LLM applications in production.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, and JavaScript.
• Proactive attitude and enthusiasm for new technologies.
