Location: Expected to work from a Microsoft office in the U.S. at least four days per week if living within a 50-mile commute of a designated office.

Salary: USD $139,900 – $274,800 per year

What you will do

• Identify customer needs and market opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analyses, influencing stakeholders for cross-team alignment.
• Define the long-term vision and strategy for GenAI in Search, creating user stories and epics for integrated scenarios.
• Partner with UX and Design teams to connect multiple factors to desired functionality and product vision.
• Iterate designs with Research, Software Engineering, and Hardware Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Business Planning, and Engineering on go-to-market strategies and customer acquisition.
• Monitor product performance metrics and influence Directors and VPs in other departments for product improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development, OR equivalent experience.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
• Experience working with Search or Recommendation systems.
• Experience with large language model development, including data collection, pre/post-training, inference, and evaluations.
