TL;DR

Principal Product Manager (AI): Building and optimizing a sales intelligence platform for CRM to drive incremental revenue through AI-enabled insights, with an accent on integrating tailored insights into planning and pitching workflows. Focus on developing new models, validating through prototypes, and measuring business impact in partnership with data science and engineering.

Location: Expected to work from a designated Microsoft office in Redmond, United States, at least four days per week (employees must live within a 50-mile commute).

Salary: USD $163,000 – $331,200 per year

What you will do

  • Build a sales intelligence platform that synthesizes, prioritizes, and delivers customer insights.
  • Lead product vision, strategy, and execution of the roadmap for developing insights.
  • Scale monitoring of anomalies in customer campaign performance and predicted spend patterns.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities using share of wallet benchmarks.
  • Mine customer touchpoints for conversational insights, best practices, and coaching opportunities.
  • Partner with UX, data science, and engineering for model development, validation, and impact measurement.
  • Collaborate with business and finance to identify new growth areas for Microsoft’s ads business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 10+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development, OR equivalent experience.
  • Deep knowledge of Machine Learning techniques and their application to business problems.
  • 3+ years of experience delivering products that include Advertising technology.
  • 5+ years of experience building CRM systems and working with sales organizations.
