What you will do

• Define product vision and strategy for brand and content quality across AI content ecosystem.
• Collaborate with policy experts and cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and workflows.
• Design scalable AI-driven frameworks addressing diverse partner scenarios.
• Implement and evaluate policies to strengthen safety standards and content quality.
• Collect and analyze partner feedback to refine moderation capabilities.
• Champion safety standards and educate stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in or near Mountain View, United States with onsite work expected at least four days per week.
• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in product management or software development.
• Experience building ML or LLM powered products, including prompt design and model evaluation.
• Expertise in content management, trust and safety, and policy development.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to design evidence-based product solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
