What you will do

• Architect scalable hirify.global solutions and guide technical and business requirements evaluation.
• Lead and mentor diverse teams including customers, partners, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with project managers and executives to align project vision and delivery.
• Drive early solution evaluation and manage issues proactively.
• Support pre-sales activities and contribute to internal initiatives and knowledge sharing.
• Engage with C-level and enterprise architects to ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia
• Experience in public sector or health industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture including cloud, integration technologies, and master data management.
• Ability to analyze and optimize business processes through technology.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise integration tools and design patterns.
