What you will do
- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) capabilities.
- Own and drive platform migrations, including impact analysis and delivery oversight.
- Act as Product Owner for platforms, managing the backlog and defining epics and user stories.
- Design and implement scalable, governed MDM solutions for customer, address, and reference data.
- Integrate AI-enabled capabilities, such as natural language queries and automated insights, to enhance usability.
- Define and track KPIs for adoption, data quality, and cost efficiency to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) across customer, address, and reference data domains.
- Strong technical and architectural capability in enterprise data platforms and semantic modelling.
- Proven product ownership mindset with experience driving roadmaps and value delivery.
- Hands-on experience leading platform migrations (e.g., Informatica to Atacama).
- Ability to influence and drive adoption across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be based in or have the right to work in NSW, Australia.
