What you will do

• Design, launch, and scale a partner ecosystem program attracting manufacturers, technology partners, and solution providers.
• Define engagement models, certification processes, and incentives to drive participation and adoption.
• Align HID product and technology roadmaps with partners to ensure cross-device compatibility.
• Develop tools, APIs, certification programs, and collateral to simplify integration and accelerate deployment.
• Build strong relationships with manufacturers, consultants, and integrators to foster innovation and joint solutions.
• Provide training and knowledge-sharing programs to commercial, sales, and marketing teams to promote ecosystem value.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work at Austin, Texas or other US HID sites
• BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years experience in identity/access management, IoT, or related technology sectors.
• Proven success in building and scaling partner ecosystems including hardware manufacturers.
• Strong technical understanding of interoperability standards, APIs, and integration frameworks.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
