Salary: $250,000–$350,000 Annual

What you will do

• Expand and modernize the Sentry product offering, interfacing with technology, finance, sales, and marketing.
• Implement investments to advance products, leveraging emerging technology to transform the industry.
• Deliver superior client service to maintain high client retention and revenue.
• Take full P&L responsibility and work with Finance to meet financial goals.
• Directly manage product management, implementations, and client services functions.
• Lead sales, marketing, and software development within the hirify.global matrix organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience setting vision and strategic direction, with demonstrated success in business expansion.
• Extensive experience in private debt and Collateral Loan Obligation market solutions.
• Strong financial skills with experience managing a P&L.
• Strong commercial sense, able to drive top and bottom lines and meet targets.
• Effective leadership and people management skills.
• Visionary with a strong understanding of the latest technology trends and their deployment.
• Excellent client and sales skills, comfortable operating at all client and internal levels.
• Collaborative working style and strong understanding of software development.
