Location: Hybrid in Seattle, WA with flexibility to work from anywhere in the US; in-person attendance required two weeks per year; meetings optimized for Pacific Time Zone.

Salary: $210,000–$230,000

What you will do

• Partner with the Chief Growth Officer to define and translate strategic priorities across Marketing and Product.
• Manage operational planning, roadmap clarity, and cross-team alignment within the Growth organization.
• Lead quarterly planning, KPI tracking, and execution of growth initiatives.
• Prepare briefing materials and presentations for senior audiences.
• Coordinate initiatives across Marketing, Product, Sales, Engineering, Finance, and People teams.
• Improve operational processes and represent the CGO in meetings as needed.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• 8 to 12 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or Chief of Staff roles.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills with strong executive presence.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic startup environment.
