Ecomm / Amazom Director with broad authority for launching and scaling USA division.

Key Responsibilities:
• Launching the business from scratch: selecting production location, setting up supply chains taking into account the specifics of the American market.
• Full management of Amazon operations.
• Forming and leading a team (sales, marketing, operations), making strategic decisions.
• Negotiations with suppliers, retailers, contract manufacturers; development of supply scenarios.
• Monitoring and optimization of financial performance indicators.
• Field activities: visits to partners, production audits, and others.

Requirements:
• C-Level experience in E-commerce
• Mandatory experience of successful launches and scaling of projects or companies on the American market.
• Deep knowledge of Amazon.
• Leadership qualities: energy, ambition, ability to work autonomously.
• Fluent English is a must, fluent Russian is a plus.
