What you will do

  • Define and operationalize strategic programs and business priorities for CTG.
  • Drive strategy execution and growth initiatives with measurable impact across service lines.
  • Manage capital allocation, investment roadmaps, and portfolio optimization.
  • Lead M&A integration and value capture post-acquisition.
  • Architect talent models and leadership development tracks for the S&O team.
  • Govern CTG operations including capability reviews and performance dashboards.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in New Jersey, US (onsite)
  • 12+ years in strategy, corporate transformation, or portfolio management.
  • Experience influencing C-level stakeholders and leading large-scale strategic programs.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven governance and enterprise transformation experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience in life sciences commercialization or digital operations.
  • M&A integration and operating model redesign expertise.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-scaling environments.
