What you will do
- Act as a force multiplier and create leverage for the CEO, including managing the Executive Assistant and preparing for key meetings.
- Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives by partnering with executive leadership and providing program management support.
- Lead company-level planning, goal-setting (OKRs), and tracking, ensuring alignment with long-term strategy.
- Maintain the operating rhythm for quarterly and annual planning and strategic reviews.
- Run strategic qualitative and quantitative analyses to inform decision-making, preparing materials for board meetings and investor conversations.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience as a Chief of Staff, in management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic operations, business operations, investment banking, general management, or a similar analytical/strategic field.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to write clearly, synthesize complex information, and influence at all levels.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives and driving execution in complex environments.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable with shifting focuses/ambiguity and able to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and fluency with data-driven decision making.
- Ability to operate with discretion, judgment, and trust handling sensitive information.
