What you will do
- Design best-in-class user experiences across core areas of the hirify.global platform.
- Help identify and establish common design patterns for a consistent platform experience.
- Drive product design for critical business areas at hirify.global and launch new experiences.
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and leadership to shape the future of the platform.
- Explore new ways in which Generative AI can enhance the platform experience and developer workflows.
- Conduct user research to identify customer needs and pain points related to data science and platform usage.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design work experience.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent, with specialization in HCI, Interaction Design, graphic design, computer science, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large and complex design projects and balance the needs of diverse stakeholders.
- Experience shipping great digital products and overseeing the entire process from idea to GA.
- Ability to execute beautiful visual and interaction work rooted in a data-driven and well-researched UX process.
- A portfolio showcasing the end-to-end design process.
Nice to have
- Experience designing products in the Cloud, Developer Experience, AI, or Big Data space.
- Coding skills in React, SQL, CSS, and/or Python.
