Salary: $133,400 - $166,800

What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science, Member Growth) to impact customer expectations, member experiences, and care quality.
• Identify friction points in member and provider experiences and design high-quality solutions.
• Design user interfaces and interaction patterns for AI-driven care journeys, focusing on transparency, trust, and explainability.
• Develop unique approaches to differentiate hirify.global and advance mental health access.
• Drive KPIs and business results, directly impacting margin.

Requirements

• 3+ years in product design capacity at a technology-driven organization.
• Experience contributing to or leading design of product experiences with a metrics-driven approach.
• Portfolio demonstrating transformation of product objectives into impactful business and user solutions.
• Strong communication skills for articulating and advocating design decisions.
• Expertise with Figma and prototyping; ability to deliver high-quality interaction and visual design.

Nice to have

• Experience in mental health or healthcare.
• Experience with a B2B2C company model.
• Front-end development skills.
