What you will do

  • Own and execute the market entry strategy for Middle-East markets adapting global GTM plans locally.
  • Build the market from scratch by identifying, recruiting, and activating partners with a partner-only GTM approach.
  • Develop strong relationships with HR tech partners, resellers, consultants, and key stakeholders.
  • Represent hirify.global at local events and networks as the face of the company.
  • Gather market intelligence to refine strategy and ensure product-market fit.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams to align and adapt local strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be proficient in Arabic and English.
  • 5+ years experience in Sales, Business Development, or Market Launch roles in B2B SaaS or digital transformation.
  • Proven track record in market entry or business building in Middle-East or similar emerging markets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with hunter mentality and strong communication skills.
  • Strategic and hands-on approach with ability to build teams and business units from scratch.

  • Knowledge of HR tech or partner-led GTM models.
