What you will do
- Define and execute strategic go-to-market and revenue plans to exceed targets
- Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing team of Global and Strategic Account Executives
- Drive sales excellence through coaching, joint account strategy, and deal execution
- Build deep, trusted C-level relationships within top enterprise customers in Benelux
- Establish operational rigor through forecasting, pipeline discipline, and deal inspection
- Identify market trends and competitive shifts to leverage account growth opportunities
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the Netherlands
- Proven success scaling enterprise sales organizations in SaaS or cloud environments
- Experience managing and developing sales teams with strong track records of exceeding quotas
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage at C-level
- Knowledge of sales methodologies such as Meddicc, Challenger, and Value Selling
- Ability to lead through influence and build a culture of accountability and excellence
