What you will do

  • Evangelize hirify.global’s capabilities and product features to customers
  • Partner with customers to understand goals and provide tailored recommendations
  • Identify at-risk customer relationships using metrics and drive retention
  • Collaborate with account management to find growth opportunities
  • Communicate product updates proactively to customers
  • Provide customer feedback to the product team to address business challenges

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work in Lisbon, Portugal (hybrid)
  • English and German: Native or fluent proficiency required; French is a plus
  • 3+ years of customer success or customer-facing experience
  • Experience solving complex business challenges
  • Affinity for cloud-based applications and strong communication skills
  • Result-oriented mindset and team player attitude
