What you will do
- Evangelize hirify.global’s capabilities and product features to customers
- Partner with customers to understand goals and provide tailored recommendations
- Identify at-risk customer relationships using metrics and drive retention
- Collaborate with account management to find growth opportunities
- Communicate product updates proactively to customers
- Provide customer feedback to the product team to address business challenges
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work in Lisbon, Portugal (hybrid)
- English and German: Native or fluent proficiency required; French is a plus
- 3+ years of customer success or customer-facing experience
- Experience solving complex business challenges
- Affinity for cloud-based applications and strong communication skills
- Result-oriented mindset and team player attitude
