Legal Officer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts including SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, NDAs, DPAs, LOI, and MOU
• Support corporate governance and maintain legal documentation
• Conduct legal research on AML, GDPR, MiCA, VASP, and fintech regulations
• Monitor regulatory updates and support ongoing compliance efforts
• Act as legal project coordinator on cross-functional initiatives
• Provide day-to-day legal support to internal departments and communicate with international clients and partners

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law
• 4+ years of experience in commercial, corporate, or contract law
• Experience drafting and reviewing legal agreements
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Fluency in English required for international communication
