Location: Remote within the UK (with ad hoc meetings in London) or onsite in London/Cardiff. Visa sponsorship and relocation to the UK are available.

Salary: £80,000–£95,000 + Stock Options

What you will do

• Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data presentation to understand user interaction and inform product strategy.
• Guide product teams to measure things that matter, and initiate/help run A/B experiments for continuous improvement.
• Drive a unified company-wide understanding of user lifetime value and product feature impact on profitability with the finance team.
• Liaise with engineers to ensure proper data collection for relevant business insights.

Requirements

• Impact-driven and eager to have a real positive impact on the company, product, users, and colleagues.
• Commercially minded and able to translate numbers into business perspective.
• Comfortable getting hands-on as well as thinking strategically.
• Self-starter mindset, proactively identifying and tackling issues and opportunities.
• Team player.
• Solid grounding in SQL and preferably Python.
• Experience in conducting large-scale A/B experiments.
