What you will do

• Lead global ITAV event support and manage event space technologies.
• Own end-to-end AV event planning, from design to execution.
• Operate, program, and configure event AV systems (e.g., Yamaha, Vizrt, Panasonic, Ross, Analogway, Reidel, Clearcom).
• Serve in key AV roles (Technical Director, Video/Audio Engineer, Graphics, QA) during events.
• Build and maintain scalable ITAV event processes with workplace and events teams.
• Troubleshoot AV issues, manage escalations, and travel as needed for AV setup/operations at other hirify.global locations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience supporting and running internal AV events in fast-paced tech environments.
• Expertise with enterprise AV systems and production technology (e.g., QSC, Yamaha, Vizrt, Ross, Barco, Blackmagic).
• Deep familiarity with AV-over-IP technologies like QSC Q-LAN, Dante, NDI, and Crestron NVX.
• Hands-on experience with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex) and how they integrate with enterprise AV setups.
• Ability to calmly troubleshoot under pressure and manage AV requests via ticketing systems with SLA tracking.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts as they relate to AV systems.
