TL;DR

Executive IT Lead: Provide comprehensive technical support and device management for the executive team with an accent on rapid issue resolution, end-user support, and coordination with engineering teams. Focus on managing hardware/software deployments, troubleshooting complex problems, and supporting onsite/offsite executive activities.

Location: Mostly remote with required travel to company offices and offsite locations in the United States

Salary: $30,290–$60,530 USD annually (market-based zones)

What you will do

  • Provide workstation, AV, and mobile device support to the executive team
  • Manage and deploy updates to executive workstations and laptops
  • Escalate critical issues quickly to technical and engineering teams
  • Support onsite and offsite company meetings and events, including travel
  • Develop training materials for new software and hardware releases
  • Monitor support intake channels and coordinate technical assistance
  • Be available for on-call support with paid overtime

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to travel to company offices and offsite locations in the US
  • 3-5 years experience in technical support or corporate helpdesk environment
  • Experience with MacOS end-user support and Google Workspace administration
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of networking (WiFi, VPN)
  • Ability to work off hours, weekends, and holidays with paid overtime
  • Physical ability to handle computer equipment and hardware installation

Nice to have

  • Experience in enterprise environment support
  • Knowledge of MDM systems and Chrome OS troubleshooting
  • Admin certifications for Google Workspace, Okta, and Slack
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and Atlassian JIRA
  • Audio/Visual knowledge and experience
  • Ability to analyze systemic issues affecting multiple users
