What you will do

• Operationalize, administer, and maintain the hirify.global Platform to resolve complex technical issues.
• Identify opportunities for customers to maximize value from the hirify.global platform.
• Consistently and cogently address customer needs through verbal and written communication.
• Conduct daily health checks on assigned accounts and work with Technical Support Engineers.
• Document best practices and provide technical direction to customer IT support staff.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT/Consulting
• 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration/Engineering
• Hands-on hirify.global experience a major plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Broad knowledge across several technical domains, with deep knowledge in one or more of: Endpoint Security, Endpoint Support/Troubleshooting, Incident Response/Vulnerability Management, Systems Management, Systems Administration, or Software Engineering.
• Experience with utility scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, VBScript, Python).
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• English B2 required for communication skills.
