What you will do

• Own and administer A/V systems including cloud videoconferencing, physical equipment, and VoIP
• Provide expert A/V event support and front-line assistance both onsite and remotely
• Run and support live internal company events, including virtual and onsite in London
• Collaborate with Workplace and Communications teams on event planning
• Develop next-generation video conferencing solutions for hybrid work
• Manage A/V requests and projects, develop documentation and training materials
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation

Requirements

• Must work onsite 5 days a week in San Francisco
• 3+ years of relevant A/V systems experience
• Strong experience with Zoom platforms and conference room hardware like Crestron
• Proficiency with project management and ticketing tools such as Jira, Confluence, Freshservice
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve A/V issues independently
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to meet deadlines

Nice to have

• Sophisticated A/V design and site survey experience
• Experience with Macs, Windows, and common SaaS tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Okta
