Salary: 109,000 EUR - 131,600 EUR

What you will do

• Work closely with customers including executives and IT teams to understand and translate business and technical requirements.
• Design and deliver observability solutions including data visualization, migrations, and enterprise architecture.
• Lead functional workshops and document requirements to create tailored solutions.
• Accelerate solution delivery and advocate for best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to drive product improvements and customer success.

Requirements

• Must be located in Germany.
• 5+ years experience in deployment teams and project management.
• Direct experience with observability (o11y) stacks, preferably Grafana products.
• Strong communication skills for customer and internal collaboration.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
