What you will do
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical roles.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience with clear and consistent communication.
- Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within the tech industry.
- Strong sourcing skills using multiple channels and creative approaches to find the right talent.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and influence decisions through data and insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with a genuine interest in people and continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
