What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical roles.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience with clear and consistent communication.
• Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within the tech industry.
• Strong sourcing skills using multiple channels and creative approaches to find the right talent.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and influence decisions through data and insights.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset with a genuine interest in people and continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
