What you will do

• Create and refine sourcing strategies to engage top talent across multiple channels
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and guide recruitment processes
• Conduct market research to build diverse and sustainable candidate pipelines
• Manage candidate relationships and conduct competency-based interviews
• Maintain and enhance the candidate database using ATS
• Track recruitment metrics and contribute to process improvements and employer branding

Requirements

• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in tech companies
• Excellent English and Greek language skills
• Hands-on experience with advanced sourcing techniques
• Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and writing skills
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
