What you will do

  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to scope roles and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Manage the entire hiring process end-to-end, from initial outreach to final offer.
  • Design and implement a systematic, data-driven recruitment process.
  • Build, maintain, and continually expand a strong network of top-tier talent.
  • Strengthen the employer brand and help position the company as a top employer.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and introduce best practices across the hiring lifecycle.

Requirements

  • A strong drive for excellence and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, consultative, communication, and writing skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • English: C1+ required (Fluency)
