What you will do
- Lead annual strategic and financial planning cycles for global marketing, collaborating with Finance, Revenue Operations, and regional leads.
- Manage a global team of project and marketing operations managers supporting Marketing functions across NOAM, EMEA, and APAC.
- Establish and manage a marketing management operating system, including meeting cadences, offsites, and business reviews.
- Oversee OKR definition, tracking, and reporting to ensure accountability and visibility into marketing’s contribution to business outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to strengthen marketing’s operational health, including process improvements, tool optimization, and change management.
- Craft executive-level communications, oversee Marketing-wide communications, and partner on internal employer branding.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Strategy, or Program Management.
- 5+ years leading teams in global or matrixed organizations.
- Proven success leading annual planning and financial operations for a marketing or GTM organization.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills; able to synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Experience leading organizational change and cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing with executive stakeholders and a strong command of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Monday.com, JIRA, Asana).
