What you will do

• Lead MarTech system implementations, upgrades, and integrations aligned with business and GTM strategies.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to modernize marketing operations and improve data integrity.
• Develop and maintain system and data governance frameworks to enhance transparency and data activation.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to future-proof the MarTech stack in a SaaS and AI context.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and alignment.
• Create training programs and documentation to empower teams on MarTech tools and best practices.

Requirements

• Location: Remote with presence in San Francisco, New York, or Toronto preferred
• 8+ years experience in MarTech/GTM product management in B2B/B2B2C environments.
• Expertise with Marketo, Salesforce, CRM integrations, and marketing automation.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and global data privacy regulations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or related field; advanced certifications preferred.
