Human Resources Intern

TL;DR

Human Resources Intern: Managing and supporting HR and L&D projects and initiatives with an accent on project execution and team collaboration. Focus on taking ownership of projects, connecting ideas, and contributing to the HR team's success.

Location: Hybrid in Rotterdam, must be registered at a Dutch Hogeschool or University and willing to be in the office at least 3 times a week.

Salary: €375 per month (full-time).

What you will do

• Manage HR projects and initiatives independently and collaboratively.
• Support the HR Projects team in executing the 2026 projects agenda.
• Connect input, brainstorm ideas, and take ownership of projects.
• Contribute to the overall success of the HR team.

Requirements

• Available for an internship starting February 2026 (for 5-6 months), for 32-40 hours per week.
• Willing to be in the office at least 3 times a week.
• Registered at a Dutch Hogeschool or University.
• Experience in leading and executing projects (study projects included).
• Currently enrolled in a study related to HRM, Strategic Innovation Management, International Business or similar on HBO/WO level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
