What you will do
- Own all HR administration for the Netherlands, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records in systems (Workday, JIRA, Loket).
- Prepare and manage contracts, addendums, and official HR correspondence.
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle all employee lifecycle changes, including new joiners, exits, transfers, contract changes, and leave of absence administration.
- Process payroll by preparing and validating necessary employee data, including monthly variables.
- Produce monthly HR reports (absence, sickness, holiday) and share insights with management.
- Act as the trusted HR point of contact for employees and managers in the Netherlands.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience in HR administration or as an HR Officer, ideally in a stand-alone role.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems (Workday and/or Loket experience is highly valued).
- Solid understanding of Dutch labor law and HR processes.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling employee and payroll data.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
