TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands (at least 3 days in the office)

What you will do

  • Own all HR administration for the Netherlands, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records in systems (Workday, JIRA, Loket).
  • Prepare and manage contracts, addendums, and official HR correspondence.
  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Handle all employee lifecycle changes, including new joiners, exits, transfers, contract changes, and leave of absence administration.
  • Process payroll by preparing and validating necessary employee data, including monthly variables.
  • Produce monthly HR reports (absence, sickness, holiday) and share insights with management.
  • Act as the trusted HR point of contact for employees and managers in the Netherlands.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in HR administration or as an HR Officer, ideally in a stand-alone role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems (Workday and/or Loket experience is highly valued).
  • Solid understanding of Dutch labor law and HR processes.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling employee and payroll data.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
