Human Resources Intern

TL;DR

Human Resources Intern: Managing and supporting HR and L&D projects and initiatives with an accent on project execution and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on taking ownership of HR projects and contributing to the overall success of the HR team.

Location: Must be based in the Netherlands and willing to be in the office at least 3 times a week in Groningen.

Salary: Compensation: €375 per month (full-time).

What you will do

• Manage HR projects and initiatives independently and within a team.
• Support the HR Projects team in executing the projects agenda.
• Connect input and brainstorm ideas for HR initiatives.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and initiatives.
• Contribute to the overall success of the HR team.

Requirements

• Available for an internship starting February 2026 (for 5-6 months), for 32-40 hours per week.
• Willing to be in the office at least 3 times a week.
• Registered at a Dutch Hogeschool or University.
• Experience in leading and executing projects (including study projects).
• Currently enrolled in a study related to HRM, Strategic Innovation Management, International Business, or similar on HBO/WO level.
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Dutch language skills are a plus.
