hirify.global is a tech company building an AI-powered healthcare fintech platform to automate medical practice workflows and address the shortage of medical assistants in Europe.

What you will do

• Own and scale engineering teams for Integrations, Data Platform, and Infrastructure.
• Partner with product and business stakeholders to define strategy and drive priorities.
• Develop technical strategy focused on business outcomes and self-serve empowerment.
• Manage and mentor multiple Engineering Managers and their teams.
• Attract senior talent across backend, data, infra/SRE, and AI tools profiles.
• Report to the CTO and shape hirify.global’s long-term engineering strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in engineering, including 5+ years in leadership roles managing managers or multiple teams.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-velocity, cross-functional engineering teams in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
• Built complex data systems that integrate with multiple external data sources to leverage for scaled AI and end user facing applications.
• Strong track record in building scalable data platforms with ML/engineering delivery guarantees, data harmonization, data contracts, and hybrid cloud/on-premise architecture expertise.
• Strong business-oriented mindset, operating in terms of end-to-end outcomes, ROI, and commercial impact.
• Familiarity with cloud architecture (AWS preferred) and modern engineering toolchains.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical systems simply to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience working in regulated industries, especially healthcare or medical software.
