• Support organizational development including team structures, onboarding, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in high-performance environments such as startups or consulting.
• Fluency in German and English required.
• Strong analytical and technical affinity with ability to grasp complex technical topics.
• Degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
