What you will do

• Assist with managing HubSpot and internal systems, including user support and system configuration
• Support dashboards, reporting, data validation, and CRM hygiene
• Help create and maintain operational documentation, guides, and onboarding content
• Document processes, support lead routing, and assist with workflow configuration and testing
• Engage with GenAI tools to improve operational efficiency
