Location: This role is based in our Bristol head office (BS1 5HL) and we offer a hybrid working pattern, with a minimum of two days in the office per week. We are unable to provide employment sponsorship to candidates.

What you will do

• Own and manage the web analytics strategy and implementation across the website.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover user behavior trends and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define tracking requirements and ensure accurate data collection.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support marketing campaigns, product development, and UX improvements.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal governance policies.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in digital analytics.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Solid understanding of tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
• Unable to provide employment sponsorship to candidates.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and web technologies.
