What you will do

• Find and connect with engineering talent in Lisbon, Amsterdam, and across the world.
• Source and screen strong candidate profiles.
• Reach out in thoughtful ways and quickly assess candidate matches for teams.
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs and build solid pipelines.
• Help hire engineers who will shape the next chapters of the product.

Requirements

• Proven experience sourcing and screening engineers.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Boolean, X-ray, and other creative sourcing tactics.
• Strong ability to quickly understand and filter candidate matches effectively.
• Genuine affinity for tech, understanding basics of languages, frameworks, and architecture.
• Ability to partner well with recruiters and hiring managers, building trust and aligning.
• Comfort using AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini for talent mapping, research, and sourcing efficiency.
