Focus on scaling the team from 10 to 30+ employees across Engineering, Product, Operations, GTM, and AI, and defining a world-class recruitment function.

hirify.global is building vertical, agentic AI platforms to automate complex workflows in the financial services industry, starting with insurance.

What you will do

  • Design and own the company-wide hiring process to scale the team to 30+ FTEs in 12 months.
  • Build the talent acquisition function from zero, including processes, tools, metrics, and operating rhythm.
  • Lead employer branding strategy and shape hirify.global’s narrative for top-tier tech talent.
  • Take ownership of all hiring pipelines, proactively sourcing and engaging exceptional candidates.
  • Design and implement a fast, fair, and data-driven hiring process with an appropriate TA tech stack.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years experience recruiting in EMEA.
  • Successfully built or scaled hiring within a high-growth startup or scale-up environment (ideally tech, fintech, or AI).
  • Deep experience in direct sourcing and headhunting, particularly for technical and leadership roles.
  • Experience with multiple ATS systems, interview processes, and data-led reporting.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment and prioritize candidate experience and culture fit.
