What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for various IT roles
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and consultants
• Collaborate with Polish recruitment and delivery teams
• Research the Portuguese IT market, salary trends, and employment standards
• Represent hirify.global at meetings, events, and networking initiatives
• Help shape local HR and recruitment processes

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of IT recruitment experience
• Fluent Portuguese and good English
• Knowledge of the Portuguese IT market and hiring culture
• Strong relationship-building and entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership

Nice to have

• Experience in body leasing or staff augmentation
