What you will do

• Partner closely with Search, AI, Design, and Product teams to ship experiments and rapidly iterate on insights.
• Drive the launch of new features, experiments, and campaigns.
• Architect and implement systems that integrate new tools with existing pipelines and LLM- or agent-based evaluation frameworks.
• Build, refine, and maintain the core components that power the frontend experience.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills and the ability to work effectively across the full stack.
• Solid coding fundamentals and experience contributing to both frontend and backend systems.
• Self-driven mindset with strong ownership and follow-through.
• Passion for building high-quality products, rapid prototyping, experimentation, and creating accessible user experiences.
• 4+ years of industry experience.
